A man or woman who changes their body to be the opposite gender to what they were born as. Generally, it does not matter who they are romantically and sexually attracted to because they can vary depending on who it is. They both also vary in femininity, masculinity and flamboyance. They can also either do half-body transitions or full-body transitions. Make sure you know the pronouns for those who are Transsexuals.
