There is no doubt that a carefully planned and well implemented improvement program can bring an organisation substantial benefits. We hear about it all the time: all sorts of return on investment data gets published. BUT: there are organisations who also struggle to quantify the benefits that their improvement programs bring. Why is that? Of course this is a question that opens up a discussion on a plethora of reasons. They are of course many and varied. That's the point of this session: it's not to present but to facilitate discussion and debate on the topic. The presenter will share his experiences and lessons learnt on what works and what doesn't but for the most part, will facilitate discussion. This double-session is all about you - not the presenter. The point is not to just come, listen and get bombarded with lots of slides. It's about learning actively by getting involved in the discussions, debates and the sharing of information. Delegates are encouraged to bring with them 'war stories' and lessons learnt as well as hot topics they wish to discuss with their colleagues. It's impo
