Innovation leading to business optimisation – a case study using CMMI for Services Jim Boston Raytheon
This presentation will provide a brief review of Raytheon Australia’s journey with CMMI for Development and then launch a discussion on CMMI for Services. CMMI for Services is a great model but it really makes you think compared with CMMI for Development. This thinking or implementation of the model into an Organisation can be a “disruptive technology”. This presentation will further examine an implementation of this “disruptive technology” and discuss the successes.
