Drivers of the POWER Series took to ACS for the second time in series history to kick off the 8th season. Saif Faries led the first 11laps of the race until getting loose and giving up the lead to Corey Davis. Davis would do battle with Casey Pierce, Ryan Piland and Kyle Taraska during the early stages of the race. By the time he took the checkered flag, Davis had built a 13 second lead over Taraska and the field.
