Tim Johnston dominated the series and season opener for the newly formed STARS Late Model Shootout Series April 22nd in Martinsville.
MIKE KELLEY SURVIVES WILD NIGHT IN SOBO
Mike Kelley led all 100 laps and stayed in front of the mayhem in South Boston on April 29th to claim win number one on the season. Adam McCosh started from the pole after winning the fast heat but couldnt run down Kelley after losing the lead on the start.
KINGSBURY HOLDS OFF KELLEY FOR WIN OUT WEST
Matt Kingsbury held off charges from Mike Kelley, Nick Johnston and Christian Pedersen to win the Roush Fenway Racing 50 in Irwindale. Kingsbury started on the pole for the main and led all but 4 laps on his way to victory.
