We first asked if anyone would like to take time off as Furlough. We had 3 employees that were
looking for 1-3 months off for personal reasons (help home school, take care of elderly parent,
wanted time off to re do their house). We then did have to Fulough a few members that they job
was on hold during this time. For all others we asked them to work 8 hours less and they could
take it in a full day off like Friday or a little less time each day.
We have created various on line virtual live training's for both therapist and Spa Directors. The
Spa Director Training has 10 Modules and has been watched by over 500 Spa Directors around
the world.
