BALCONI has been producing mechanical presses since 1939. All its presses are manufactured with the trademark Balconi Plunger system for continuous, precise vertical slide guidance.
Balconi press model 4DMRF6-800 is an 8,000kN press designed for blanking high-strength steel parts( e. g. in the automotive industry). It offers high structural rigidity( minimising tool wear). Thicknesses of up to 3mm can be blanked. The table dimensions are 4500 x 2500mm. The press is equipped with four connecting rods and the Balconi Plunger system.
“ With a stroke of 200mm, the press can operate at speeds ranging from 20 to 80 strokes per minute. To meet customer requirements for quick production changes, the press and its options are fully automated. The line is completed with a modern feeding line with precision straightener and a high-speed portal stacker to automatically stack the blanks on pallets,” explained Balconi.
