247TailorSteel is a leading European manufacturer of custom-cut sheet, tube and bent parts.

“ At 247TailorSteel, customers can order tailor-made metal products in an instant. With our Sophia ® online software, customers can order laser-cut sheet, tube and bent components 24 / 7, receive a quote within minutes and benefit from delivery from 48 hours,” it told ISMR.

Founded in 2007, its headquarters are in Varsseveld with production sites in Oyten, Hilden, Langenau, Oud Gastel and Hooglede( the Netherlands). It operates 60 laser cutting machines, 48 press brakes and 22 tube lasers across 185,000m ² of production space.

“ We are a trendsetter in custom-made metal sheeting, tubing and edge components in Europe. From occasional orders to mass-produced projects, customers can come to us for small and large custom-made metal orders. With six factories in Europe, we continue to pursue our aim of being located within 250km of our customers,” it added.

Founded in 1963 in Viganò, near Lecco( Italy), FIMI Group handles the design, construction and commissioning of complete plants and machines for coilprocessing, operating in total autonomy.

Examples include levelling; cut-to-length; slitting; trimming and tube / pipe finishing lines. It also offers machines for aluminium processing as well as electro-welded tube and pipe mills. FIMI lines can be found in global steel mills but are also intended for sectors such as automotive, household appliances and food packaging.

“ We have installed over 1500 plants with many of these, installed in the 1970s, still working successfully. During our 60 years of activity, we have always focused on continuous development based on the search for technologically advanced solutions,” it outlined.

On stand E172 in Hall 27, the focus will be on CAMU’ s advanced press feeding systems designed to optimise material handling, improve production efficiency and integrate seamlessly into automated manufacturing environments.
