At EuroBLECH 2026, Bystronic will focus on the automation of the cutting and bending process: loading, cutting, unloading, sorting, storage and automated bending.

A ByCell Bend Star M bending cell featuring a new pressbrake, as well as a cutting cell with a ByCut 3015, a ByTrans Modular loading and unloading system, a BySort sorting system and a ByTower Cross storage tower – all controlled by the BySoft Suite software designed for the sheet metal industry – will form the centrepiece of the Bystronic booth.

Also on display will be the compact version of the ByTube Star 330 tube processing laser and a press brake Xpert Pro 150t with new features such as a sliding table, a second screen, a handwheel and Dynamic Drive.

LVD will showcase products and processes to build a more resilient, efficient metalworking operation. It will feature high-power laser cutting / bevelling, flexible bending automation, new punch-laser, fully automated panel bending and new software for networked production.

The new Strippit QX-L punch-laser combines a 20-ton, single-head punch press with 4kW fibre laser. A fully automated Multifold 2511 panel bender uses advanced servodrive technology to process large panels, enclosures and other 3D profiles.

“ Our new Robotic Bending System( RBS) 40 Vision features a vision-guided robot for autonomy and greater flexibility handling high-mix production. A new Ricobb cobot offers increased productivity for small-part automated bending on any LVD press brake built since 2001. We will also showcase high-speed 30kW laser cutting and up to 50-degree bevelling with LaserCube,” LVD told ISMR.
