Established in 1979, YSM( Yih Shen Machinery) has evolved into a global specialist in stamping and bending manufacturing solutions. Its slide forming solutions integrate various secondary operations such as tapping, welding, thread forming and riveting.
The Taiwanese manufacturer, with a workforce of over 100 people globally, produces upwards of 200 machines each year for export to customers around the world. It has embraced a modular philosophy, inline production, new technologies and the simplification of manufacturing processes.
“ Our machinery is designed for precision, high productivity and long life,” it explained.“ We are, effectively, a one-stop solutions provider in process automation; welding systems; thread-forming and inspection systems. We place a strong focus on tool design, continuous innovation and customer service in our global operations.”
YSM’ s headquarters are in Taichung( Taiwan) with various support facilities around the world, including a Technology Centre in India. YSM has delivered various projects in Asia and Europe, designed to remove its customers’ dependence on manual processes and operations by automating equipment.
An eye on innovation
At the TIMTOS exhibition in Taiwan earlier this year, YSM introduced several innovations, including a new strip and wire forming processing centre.
