Cutlite Penta designs and develops high-performance fibre laser systems for metal cutting( with CO₂ laser systems for the cutting of plastics, wood materials and die-boards). It has over thirty years of experience. Its machinery portfolio includes flat sheet cutting, 3D / tube cutting( round, rectangular, square sections and open profiles) and combination cutting systems.

The FICEP GEMINI LASER combines laser cutting with precision machining.
“ This automatic CNC gantry system performs marking, milling, drilling, tapping and bevelling. It is now enhanced with a laser source from 12-30kW( or higher), capable of cutting plates from 5-60mm thick. It delivers high-quality cuts, reduces kerf width and waste, and enables complex bevel cutting at ± 45 °( V, Y, X, K cuts),” said FICEP.
Equipped with a mobile safety enclosure, GEMINI LASER also features high-speed milling and drilling( spindle up to 7000 RPM) and a 24-tool automatic changer. Its compact dual-beam design is designed for stability without special foundations. The system can also be paired with an automatic part unloading system( 4 / 6-axis robotic or Cartesian).
“ Managed by Steel Projects software, it optimises production from design to fabrication, reducing time and waste as well as boosting competitiveness,” concluded FICEP.
