At Blechexpo, Irish materials handling specialist Combilift will showcase space-saving equipment including:
■ The original C-Series multidirectional forklifts, with lift capacities from
COMBI-MG mobile gantry for coil handling.
2-25 tons, for handling long loads.
■ The compact CB model which can lift up to 7 tons, functioning as a universal truck for pallet handling in the front mode and long-load handling in the sideward mode.
■ Pedestrian-operated trucks( such as the CS, WR4 and the Combi-PPT) with capacities ranging from 1-16 tons, depending upon the model. They feature Combilift’ s patented multi-position tiller arm( designed to enhance safety, maximise operator visibility and improve performance in narrow aisles).
For extremely oversized loads, the company supplies bespoke straddle carriers( Combi-SC) and mobile gantries( Combi-MG), lifting up to approximately 150 tons.

Fladder ® Danmark A / S is a manufacturer of advanced machinery for surface grinding, edge rounding and deburring. It offers a wide range of machines and technologies for surface treatment including grinding, brushing, polishing and deburring.
The Fladder ® 300 / GYRO HYBRID machine is for grinding, deburring and edge rounding. It removes laser spatter and burrs after laser cutting and punching. Edges are rounded in the same pass. To achieve optimal cycle times for two very different grinding processes, and to avoid unwanted heating of the workpiece, calibration grinding is carried out using a cross grinding belt. The grinding belt is pressed towards the workpiece by an oscillating contact wheel. The short contact time protects against heating for best utilisation of the abrasive belt.
“ Flexible FLADDER ® Abrasive Cylinders are used to create perfect rounding and radius on the edges as the last step in the process,” added Fladder.

Eagle Lasers will showcase its flagship iNspire 1530 F30 fiber laser cutter.

The company’ s patented eVa cutting head eliminates moving parts in the beam path, reducing contamination risk. Automatic beam centring, efficient gas flow and a design built for high-power lasers enable faster piercing, longer lens life and, it added, minimal downtime. Timesavers International will showcase the new Timesavers 42 Series 1525 at Blechexpo / Schweisstec.
