ISMR : Which issues are of prime importance for your customers and how are you addressing these issues for them ?
ST : For Chin Fong ’ s customers , quality consistency is the most crucial concern . Our stamping equipment is designed and developed using computer 3D models to verify the equipment ’ s status . Finite element analysis is then used to confirm the related strength . Before production begins , machining and assembly review meetings are held to incorporate strict process control and subsequent maintenance requirements into the product design for optimisation .
Quality assurance uses Big Data analysis to list inspection points and requirements based on past machine anomalies and customer complaints , planning the product inspection engineering accordingly . After the machine is completed , design verification tests are conducted to ensure that the design planning and actual product output meet the original design requirements .
Inspection equipment includes precision coordinate measuring machines , laser measurement instruments and nondestructive testing equipment ( operated by certified personnel ). A material characteristics laboratory is established to monitor material composition analysis and tensile physical tests , ensuring the quality of components such as material composition and strength through inspection and analysis . Finished machines are 100 % inspected according to customer requirements and safety regulations . Our products comply with regulations such as CNS- 3157 B7045 , JIS B 6402 and EN 692 , meeting the needs of global customers .
Our company possesses precision machining capabilities , with equipment including eight large boring-milling machines ; three five-face machining centres ; two gear grinding machines and other equipment . Coupled with a comprehensive support system , this establishes robust machining capabilities and technology , ensuring the quality of machined parts .
In terms of quality control , the company obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification in 1994 and further achieved certification for the updated ISO- 9001:2015 standard in 2017 . By implementing the quality management system , we not only achieve customer satisfaction but also meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders .
At the end of 2019 , the company also received ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 environmental and occupational health and safety management system certifications . These certifications underscore our
