“ Our technical scope includes hydraulic press technology , vacuum- , magnetic- and robotic-stackers , as well as complete packing lines for steel , stainless steel or aluminium . We will be exhibiting at the 2024 EuroBLECH exhibition in Hannover , presenting our latest innovations and most relevant turnkey projects ,” outlined the Group .

“ We will also present our latest developments in customised systems that optimise production processes through manufacturing management software , advanced data analysis tools and computer vision systems ,” it added .

Costamp produces dies for metal stamping components . It develops and builds manual , transfer and progressive dies according to customer requests . It also provides manual and automatic jigs for assembly parts . The manufacturer has been in the sheet metalworking business since 1987 .

“ We stay with the customer from design to construction of equipment prototypes to the final testing of the moulds using our automatic presses or testing them directly at the customer ’ s premises . Sheet metal moulds ( for drawing , transfer , progressive presses etc .) can be designed and manufactured in the shortest possible time . For over thirty years , we have been involved in cold sheet metalworking ; designing , building and revising dies of all kinds ,” the Italian stamping specialist told ISMR .

Founded in 1948 , Chin Fong is one of the largest manufacturers of mechanical presses . The Taiwanese press specialist has placed smart machinery at the heart of its technological innovations . From a single-press smart solution , the company has moved onto multi-press connections and cloud computing , linking ERP management and AI computing systems to analyse Big Data . It offers its ‘ iForming PMS - Intelligent Forming Productivity Management System ’ and has further boosted its sustainability credentials with SGS certification for its C-frame press products .

Chin Fong ’ s Battery Shell solution is designed for the growing electric vehicle battery market .

“ These press lines are customised for fabricating battery shells and covers , featuring automation commonly used by major manufacturers . We optimise press parameters for specific needs , considering maintenance and material requirements . The frame allows integration with devices like oil sprayers and cylinders , offering a cost-effective , high-value solution for battery shell production ,” it explained .

Founded in 1976 , Taiwanese manufacturer DEES Hydraulic Industrial Co ., Ltd specialises in the production of large hydraulic machinery , unmanned production lines and hydraulic presses , hydraulic folding beds and hydraulic shears ( supplying over 4500 customised hydraulic presses worldwide ). Its main products include deep drawing ; diespotting ; die tryout ; triple-action and C-Frame presses as well as tandem press lines . It has introduced a 2,500-ton tandem line , customised for automotive manufacturing .

At EuroBLECH 2024 , it will showcase a 500-ton , fourpost hydraulic press for its Japanese client , JIS ( including pump , bolts , valves , oil seal , regulations etc .) as an example of its custommade precision hydraulic presses . The press features a single main cylinder , a bolster ( length : 1300mm x width : 1800mm ) and strokes ( ascending : 120 mm / s , descending : 150mm / s and pressing : 7mm / s .).
