Hare robotic cutting system .

At EuroBLECH , Akyapak Machinery will launch three new machines and software .

New laser welding cell . welding tables . The functional and patented products are used in machine , plant , metal and vehicle construction as well as with robotics .

At EuroBLECH , the company will be displaying its new welding cell , new workbench and other technologies / products on more than 480m ² of stand space . The new laser welding cell , for manual welding , provides mandatory protection from scattered radiation and reflections for surrounding people and objects . It also reduces interference caused by external factors such as airflows or dirt particles .

“ We are combining the qualities of a common workbench with the strengths of our Siegmund welding tables and the extensive modular system . This results in an innovative workbench for everyone ; the Siegmund workbench ,” it explained . The workbench is available in different versions : with a solid steel plate for welding work or with an aluminium table .

“ On our booth at EuroBLECH , visitors can see an automated deburring process based on universal techniques , with vision technology and intelligent features . The deburring machine automatically adjusts to the right parameters without manual intervention or need for a machine operator . This innovative solution can be integrated anywhere ,” surface finishing specialist , Timesavers International , told ISMR .

“ Our popular 32 RB series with four large rotary brushes is also on display . This grinding machine is perfect for deburring , edge rounding up to 2mm radius , laser oxide removal and finishing . Last , but not least , we will present our 10 series manual grinder . It is the alternative to deburring with an angle grinder , but three to four times faster ,” it continued .

Timesavers offers additional training , maintenance and broad application knowledge to all its customers .
