With a history going back to the early 1950s , Baykal is a leading Turkish manufacturer and global supplier of sheet metal working machinery . It specialises in the production of press brakes ; shears ; notchers ; punching machines ; laser cutting systems ; plasma cutting machines and vertical machining centres .

For its manufacturing operations , Baykal has three factories which , combined , offer a production area of 70,000 square metres , making it one of Europe ’ s largest facilities for sheet metalworking and fabricating machinery .

“ Since 1995 , Baykal has been building machines in conformity with the European CE regulations for safety , being the first Turkish machine-tool manufacturer certified eligible to bear the CE Mark on its products . Eagle Lasers is a technology and R & D company specialising in fibre laser systems and automation . It has branches in Poland , Italy , Germany , Scandinavia and France , with a strong global presence through sales and service distributors .

At EuroBLECH 2024 , Eagle Lasers will showcase a new continuous operational concept . The FlowIN system ensures continuous and simultaneous material flow , cutting and sorting , addressing various challenges in the sheet metal cutting market .

“ This system streamlines production , resolving many sheet metal cutting market challenges ,” said the manufacturer . “ We will also display the latest iNspire 2.0 fibre laser cutter and its advanced automation solutions . The CraneMaster system efficiently loads sheets onto the cutting table and simultaneously unloads cut parts to the unloading station or storage . The eTower smart modular storage system features shelves that serve as both loading and unloading points , further optimising workflow and storage capabilities .”

“ Dyas / Guney Taslama creates innovative solutions for the steel industry with CNC beam and plate drilling lines that date back to 2008 . Wide production lines are supported by expert staff teams equipped with the latest technology , equipment and facilities in a closed production area of 6000 square metres in Bursa ( Turkey ),” Dyas told ISMR .

Today , Dyas exports to 22 countries with 20 distributors as business partners . Approximately 60 % of the machinery it manufactures are delivered to buyers in countries such as the USA , EU members and Australia . The company entered the steel processing sector in Turkey in 2008 with CNC sheet and profile processing machinery .

“ All the materials and components used in our products groups are from world-class suppliers . Installation and aftersales is backed up by professionals who respond 24 / 7 , regardless of time difference . Control units and automation systems offer quick support to customers , wherever the machines are installed ,” it concluded .

Turkish manufacturer , Ermaksan , offers products and solutions for sheet metal processing machines , additive manufacturing and optoelectronics with technology production experience of more than half a century .

“ Our strong R & D and over 800 qualified staff produce highquality machines in modern production facilities extending to a 100,000m ² area . We continue to work on future oriented R & D such as fibre laser technologies ; new machine models ; Industry-4.0 applications and 3D printers . Machines produced by Ermaksan now operate in more than 120 countries ,” outlined the manufacturer .
