Athader , a company in the Bradbury Group , is a Spanish manufacturer of coil-processing lines ; slitting lines , cut-tolength levelling lines ; recoiling lines and coil / sheet automated packaging systems . “ In 2022 , we successfully supplied our first complete cut-to-length line with stretch leveller ( Leveltek International ) as well as our second retrofit of an existing roller leveller and cut-to-length line into a hybrid cut-to-length line with roller leveller and Leveltek stretch leveller . Both lines were installed in Poland . We also commissioned our first heavy-gauge slitting line in the United States ,” commented Athader .
“ In 2023 , we delivered a coil-to-coil levelling line featuring an Athader edge trimmer ( up to 175mm per side ) with scrap chopper ; two Bradbury levellers with Flat Trak ® CL ; an Athader rotary parting shear and Lamiflex robotic ID wrapping . The line will provide continuous processing of aluminium coil for Texarkana Aluminium in Texas ( USA ),” it concluded .
