Coil punching and shearing solution
Pivatic Oy designs , manufactures and markets punching , cutting and bending equipment and lines for the thin sheet-metal manufacturing industry . The Finnish specialist tailors its lines to produce parts for OEMs in various industry sectors from metal furniture ; white goods and electrical enclosures to HVAC equipment and industrial construction . The lines include automated punch and bend from coil or blank stock production systems for highvolume producers of precision sheet-metal components .

Pivatic is now offering a new coil punching and shearing solution to metal manufacturers .
“ Pivatic systems give users multiple options
to run your parts . Using advanced nesting , operators may choose the part type , amount and the order in which they want the parts to be produced . All parts of the same material can be produced from the same coil width , nested side-by-side . After the Pivatic double punching process , material is cut to length ( CTL ) from the coil by a shear ,” it explained .
To nest parts side-by-side on a strip , Pivatic uses a CTW ( Cut-to-Width ) station to shear and separate the nested parts . All parts are stacked or buffered automatically in piles on top of pallets for easy transportation or transferred directly to follow-up processes .
Waste is minimised ( in the X and Y axes ) by filling the coil with nested parts . By separating each process step , it aims to deliver significant leaps in productivity .

Fladder Danmark offers a wide range of manual , automatic and special machines for processing thin and thick sheet metal parts . These are used for deburring ; oxide / dross removal ; surface finishing ; denibbing and intermediate sanding .
The Fladder ® 300 / GYRO HYBRID system for grinding , deburring and edge rounding removes laser spatter and burrs from material after laser cutting and punching . Edges are rounded in the same pass . The machine has a modular structure with a grinding belt and the oscillating FLADDER ® Gear head . Workpieces are transported through the two grinding processes on a vacuum belt .
