The power of welding
Fronius Perfect Welding is a specialist in arc welding and robot-assisted welding . The Fronius iWave Multiprocess PRO is a single system to cover every welding process from TIG and MIG / MAG through to MMA and every process variant .
“ This system is also future-proof because it allows users to accommodate all the requirements of Industry 4.0 ,” outlined the welding specialist .
TIG DynamicWire technology .
Welding innovations
Welding technologies on display at the exhibition will include its TIG DynamicWire welding package for the iWave welding machines . It is designed for “ smart and simple ” cold wire TIG welding .
“ Even amateurs can achieve perfect TIG welds with ease . Compared to a conventional continuous wire feed in cold wire systems , TIG DynamicWire actively adjusts the wire speed to the welding behavior , torch position and current conditions . It even compensates automatically for component tolerances of up to 30 %,” commented Fronius .
Fronius will also showcase its CWC-S cobot welding cell for high levels of flexibility when welding different components ( from batch size one to small series ).
“ Operation can be learned in just a few hours and no knowledge of programming is required . Trainees can learn how to use the CWC-S in no time , allowing them to take much of the strain off your specialist welders . Precision welding torch movements create high-quality reproducible welds every time . The protective cabin and welding fume extraction system provide safety ,” added Fronius .
The WeldCube Navigator is a real-time feedback solution for welding specialists . High-quality welds are essential for many products . Faulty or missed welded joints lead to high manufacturing costs . The earlier these faults are identified in the manufacturing
Health and safety
Fronius will also highlight two health and safety products at Schweissen and Schneiden . Its Exento extraction devices , combined with extraction arms or fume extraction torches , are used to extract welding fumes and ( depending on the model ) are suitable for temporary and permanent jobs . Their high mobility and 360-degree usage radius make them particularly flexible for changing workplaces .
“ The Exento HighVac mobile high-vacuum extraction system removes more than 99.9 % of captured welding fume particles , resulting in significantly lower welding fume exposure . In combination with the powerful Exento fume extraction torch , the high-vacuum
