The company , which celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2020 , produces feeding and cut-to-length lines and is a coil processing specialist . With lines installed all over the world and hundreds of customers active ( mainly in the automotive and household appliance sectors ), Saronni supplies customers looking for automated systems with high technological content .
Its main products include coil-feeding lines for presses ( short and long versions ) which incorporate decoilers ; straighteners ; levellers ; feeders etc . It also offers blanking , cut-to-length , embossing and disc-cutting lines .
The manufacturer can adapt standard machines to customer requirements for line customisation and also offers retrofits and upgrades to Saronni equipment . Training , service and spare parts assistance are also supplied .

As well as its MSD series servo presses ( with monoblock press frame ), Schuler also offers systems for the mass production of metal bipolar plates for fuel cells . The knucklejoint press , based on the Triton series for the BPL 25 and BPL 50 variants , has been specially adapted to requirements for the manufacture of bipolar plates by forming , for example by minimising the deflection of the bed and slide .

Stam SpA is an Italian manufacturer of processing machines for coil , sheet and rollforming lines . The Italian manufacturer supplies rollforming lines for industry sectors such as logistics ; construction ; household appliances ; energy ; infrastructure and automotive .
“ Our lines are equipped with the latest technologies : 3D ; flexible ; cassette or traditional rollforming ; punching ; forming and bending ; laser-plasma cutting and welding ; stacking and packing . Our cutting lines encompass slitting ; cut-to-length ; blanking and multi-blanking lines as well as coil-processing lines ,” it highlighted .
Its punching and rollforming line for uprights includes a coil car ; decoiler ; straightener ; loop tables ; mechanical press ; flexible rollforming machine ; straightening head ; flying shear and unloading table . It is controlled by Stam customised software . The line can process high-strength , cold-rolled steel of between 1.75-4mm thick at production speeds of up to 25m / minute . Its slitting line processes hot-rolled steel ( 4-15.9mm thick ) at coil widths of 1850mm and production speeds of 60m / minute .

Established in 1979 , YSM International ( Yih Shen Machinery Co . Ltd .) in Taiwan has become a global specialist in stamping and bending manufacturing solutions . It delivers fully tooled-up manufacturing processes that are pre-tested and production-ready . This includes stamping and bending solutions integrated with operations needing a secondary process such as thread forming ; welding ; sub-part assembly ; riveting etc . All these solutions are delivered on a single production line .
It has designed its stamping and forming machines to be modular ( depending upon part / application complexity ). Machines can be set up and each operation run independently so that several processes can be integrated into one machine .
“ YSM-CNC 39T is our three-axis , servo forming machine which processes strip from 0.8-3mm thick ( max . strip width of 60mm and wire diameter of Ø1.5-6.5mm ). Due to its three-axis CNC structure , it is flexible for mould changes . This type of CNC forming machine is good at keep the production line agile ,” it said .
