Lorch Schweißtechnik will be presenting its entire range of welding solutions at EuroBLECH from the latest welding systems to cobot / robot solutions and a new welding helmet generation . The new R series , for MIG-MAG welding in crafts and light industry , will make its trade fair première .
“ Our new compact welding cell for robot welding , developed with Yaskawa , will also be presented in Hanover ,” explained Lorch .
The Lorch MicorMIG can be used for conventional MIG- MAG welding as well as pulse welding and as an alternative for more elaborate TIG welding . The internet-based Lorch Connect solution can be connected to any Lorch welding unit for quick retrieval of data for documentation or analysis .
With the APR 900 , Lorch is presenting a new generation of auto darkening filters in Hanover . These helmets are designed to reduce welder stress , offering adjustment options and high-end glare protection .

Italian welding specialist , WECO , produces systems at its new production facility in Cittadella ( north-east Italy ) offering machines , systems and software solutions for the professional welding market ( TIG , MIG and MMA
Micro Pulse 225 . welding ).
At EuroBLECH , it will showcase its Power Pulse Digital MIG / MAG and MIG / MAG Pulsed welding machine for processing common and stainless steels , aluminium and alloys . Also on display will be the Micro Pulse 225 , a portable , very light ( 16kg ) multi-process welding machine .
“ The Micropulse 225 provides all MIG / MAG Standard Synergic , MIG / MAG Pulsed , MMA and TIG DC Lift processes . It also includes the double pulsed function for those alternative MIG / MAG applications ,” WECO told ISMR .
The Plasma Voyager 105 is a power source that has been designed for high-performance plasma cutting . It can offer processes such as Synergic Cut , Manual Cut and gauging . “ Every year , we invest over 10 % of our turnover in the design and development of technologies capable of innovating our products ,” added WECO .

It has also introduced a new SP series of energy-efficient spot-welding robots that cover a payload range of 80 to 235kg . The MOTOMAN GP Shelf-type series now includes five shelf-type robot models with extended downward reach e . g . for elevated placement on steel structures .
It will also present its revised cobot portfolio with a new Ecosystem partner programme so that entry to robot automation becomes smarter and easier . YASKAWA has also expanded its compact cobot welding solution , Weld4Me , into the CE-compliant Weld4Me CE complete cell .
