“ The E-volution in sheet metal working is moving increasingly towards the automatically controlled factory . We will therefore be presenting our latest innovations in sheet metalworking including a complete programme of automated solutions at EuroBLECH 2022 ,” Dutch bending specialist , SafanDarley , told ISMR .
“ Automated bending solutions will include our E-Brake 35T Mini Cell and R-Brake 130T , supplied with sheet metal parts via automatic infeed and discharge systems . This enables production to run 24 / 7 with minimal operator intervention . The E-Brake C 200T Tool Mate is an electronic press brake with automatic tool-changer . Intelligent software in the Tool Mate means that the only changes necessary are made to the tool arrangement . This results in significantly shorter change-over times and greater time savings when producing small batches ,” it continued .
SafanDarley develops press brakes and shears for thin and thick sheet metal . It has two production facilities , a head office in Lochem and a branch in Eijsden .
