CYLASER is a global specialist and early pioneer in the manufacture and supply of fibre optic laser cutting systems . It produced its first fibre laser cutting machine in 2005 and regularly introduces new accessories / cutting processes for continuous productivity improvements . Based in Schio , Italy , it has a branch facility / Technology Centre at Sterling Heights , MI ( USA ).
“ At EuroBLECH , we plan to exhibit our CY2D EL3015 , a gantry-style robust machine with 12kW power generator with high-precision rack and pinion . The system is easy to transport , quick to install and ready for its use in a few days . It can be equipped with options such as the EVO V HP cutting head ; CY FAST-MARK ( marking head ); VORTEX ( cutting process to improve stainless steel quality ) and VEGA ( cutting process to improve quality cut on thick material ),” it continued .
Also on display will be its LM model ( with linear motors ), the HL model ( aeroplane structure ) and automation options .

Kjellberg offers products and technologies for plasma and laser cutting , welding and customised special-purpose machines . For over 60 years , it has been a market specialist in plasma cutting . Its extensive range of cutting technologies are designed to deliver strong cutting and marking results ( e . g . Q-Hole technology for precise holes in mild steel with a diameter-to-material-thickness ratio of 0.75:1 .).
At EuroBLECH , Kjellberg will showcase its Q-Series ( intelligent plasma cutting for digitised production ). The Kjellberg-developed , browser-based HMI Q-Desk provides real-time process data and information from all system components on standard devices ( regardless of location ). Users can transfer and process all data via MQTT protocol using the Ethernet interface .
“ The Q-series plasma cutting system combines precise , high-level plasma cutting and marking . Thanks to the modular design , performance of the Q 1500 plus and the Q 3000 plus can be further upgraded and customised to requirements ,” it outlined .

Messer ’ s product range includes oxyfuel , plasma and lasercutting systems from hand-guided machines up to special machines for shipbuilding . This encompasses machines and equipment for oxyfuel welding ; cutting ; brazing ; soldering and heating . Spare parts ; repairs ; retrofit ; maintenance / service ; environmental technology and in-house software solutions are also offered .
At EuroBLECH 2022 , it will focus on new levels of productivity with ELEMENT ( its latest plasma bevel technology ) and ELEMENT L ( a new , flexible solution for precision laser bevel cutting , including XXL sheet ). It will also demonstrate how its latest solutions for digitisation in production and Industry 4.0 will work . The entire process ( from setting up sales quotes ; nesting plans ; production planning ; material handling ; machine controls and business process analysis ) will be shown live . The digital network of machines and systems will provide the relevant production data in real-time .
“ The results are enhanced efficiency , faster production , productivity increases and reduced costs ,” it concluded .

MicroStep is a leading manufacturer of CNCcontrolled cutting systems . The company develops and produces plasma , oxyfuel , laser and waterjet cutting systems . This ranges from small CNC machines for schools and workshops to customised production lines for shipyards , steel centres or the automotive and aerospace industries . It also offers automation solutions ( from material handling around the cutting system to the commissioning and sorting of cut parts ).
“ Our systems include 2D and 3D cutting systems with plasma technology or oxyfuel-cutting technology ; from simple 2D cutting systems to automated and multi-functional cutting systems ,” it told ISMR . “ Our 3D cutting systems also feature laser technology e . g . a flexible 3D laser system with automatic material handling and additional technologies for drilling , scanning or marking . We also offer 2D and 3D waterjet-cutting systems .
“ We aim to offer the right solution for every cutting task in sheet metal , tube , profile or dome ,” it added .
