Since 1978 , northern Italian manufacturer , Dallan , has been producing compact complete systems for the manufacture of products from metal coil including punching , rollforming and packaging . It offers a wide range of machines for operations such as rollforming , punching and laser cutting .

Thanks to ARC tool post arches , it is always possible to change the turret configuration and adapt the machine to other future production requirements . The EFB ( Europäische
Forschungsgesellschaft für Blechverarbeitung e . V .) organises industrial research on sheet-metal processing . Experts from industry and science work on a variety of joint projects . These are presented , discussed and evaluated in specialist working groups .
The EFB advises and initiates future-oriented research roadmaps of industries . It ensures the knowledge transfer of publicly funded project results through various channels , such as events and trade fairs . Contacts between business and research partners , as well as users and suppliers , are developed continuously and for specific purposes .
“ On the EFB ‘ TechnologieForum Blechverarbeitung ’ stand , research institutes and innovative companies will present new developments on pressing issues in sheet-metal processing to users ,” it told ISMR .
“ Our BLE-X Navigator tool enables users to search EFB publications from more than 40 years of research on sheetmetal processing technologies . It provides a context-based overview of the content and structure of the documents ,” it added .

Durmazlar is a Turkish sheet-metalworking machinery specialist offering DURMA metalforming machines , configurations with autonomous and robotic technologies and special solutions , with Industry 4.0 applications . It is a founding ( constituent ) member of the Industry 4.0 platform in Turkey , it explained .
“ D-Line is a line system where two or more metalforming machines work with automation systems . Efficient production is assured through high repeatability , high serial production levels and minimum error . D-Line is designed according to customer requirements by choosing machine automation systems in the most appropriate way for production ,” it told ISMR .
“ D-Line features a sheet stacking system ; punch-laser cutting machine ; sorting unit and CNC panel bender ,” the manufacturer concluded .

Faccin Group , through its brands Faccin , Boldrini and Roundo , specialises in machines for rolling and bending metal sheet and profiles . Solutions include three- and four-roll automated plate rolling systems for heavier metal bending ( steel bars , tubes , pipes and profiles with bending capacities of up to 18000cm ³) and two-roll models for thin metal bending . Its systems can bend sheet / plate with thicknesses of less than 1mm to over 300mm and useful working lengths exceeding 18m . Its portfolio includes dished end lines ( dishing presses , manipulators and flanging machines ).
“ 4HEL is the most precise and easiest to use series of four-roll bending rolls with total pre-bending . It ensures high productivity with a speed that is three-four times higher than a traditional pyramid bending roll . The 4HEL bending rolls can be effectively controlled through numerical control systems and can bend sheet / plate of less than 1m up to 10m with thicknesses from 5m to 150m ,” it said .
