For over 40 years , Alma ’ s software solutions have helped to optimise material consumption and the potential of machines and robots . Alma will present the latest features of its new-generation Almacam software suite for 2D / 3D cutting , sheet metalworking and mechanical welding ( CAM for laser / plasma / waterjet cutting ; punching-nibbling ; routing ; tube and profile cutting ; offline programming of welding robots ; sheet metal quoting ; production management ; ERP integration etc .).
Almacam is now available as a Saas solution , providing a flexible and all-inclusive service to program machines and draw up quotes , enabling manufacturers to deal with a wide range of activities . One focus will be on Nest & Cut , a web application that nests parts and generates the NC code for machines . Alma ’ s Cloud software components for cutting optimisation will also be on display .

Boschert GmbH & Co . KG
Boschert GmbH & Co KG was founded in 1946 as a small workshop for the textile industry . Today , it builds notching ; punching ; bending ; plasma ; laser and copper processing machines . It is currently celebrating its 75th anniversary in the industry .
Two of its latest innovations will be on display at EuroBLECH in Hanover : the Boschert CombiLaser generation and the Boschert Fiber Laser generation . ‘ Compatibility & Connectivity ’ with Industry 4.0 protocols will also be highlighted on its booth .
Fifteen years ago , Boschert established a joint venture company in a new factory in Greece with Gizelis SA . Together , both companies offered a new production range of pressbrakes and shears to the market . See separate GIZELIS entry in this hall section .

At EuroBLECH 2022 , ARKU ( Baden-Baden , Germany ) will be demonstrating its deburring / levelling technology on stand A94 .
“ Drastic time savings are possible thanks to new and intelligent software called the ARKU Wizard . It can be seen live in action for the first time at the trade show in Hanover ,” it told ISMR .
“ With the Wizard , users only have to input basic data about the parts ( thickness , material type etc .). The software then calculates the optimum tools and processing settings . This means that even novice employees can operate the deburring machines . As skilled workers are still hard to find , this is an immense help for sheet metal processing companies ,” it added .
During live demonstrations , the Wizard will be in operation on an EdgeBreaker ® 6000 deburring machine , the latest addition to ARKU ’ s deburring portfolio . The EdgeBreaker ® 6000 has been designed specifically to meet the needs of laser job shops and is extremely flexible for uniform edge rounding , even up to 2mm radius .

CIDAN Machinery Group
The globally active CIDAN Machinery Group will showcase modern and automated sheet metal processing and sheet - metal profile production on an area of around 360m ², featuring a line-up of folding machines , coil processing and automation software .
“ The new nuLINK bending software generation , where users can draw as if on a tablet and easily enter parameters , and the even faster CIDAN FORMA Z folding machine ( with unique geometry ) will be on display . We will also showcase a large multiple coil line from FORSTNER , where users can switch between six different coil types , and the innovative THALMANN TD double folder which , thanks to three modular and integrable automation units ( side loading unit , flipping unit and sheet-unloading unit ) simplifies the complex sheet profile production process and sustainably increases production efficiency . Valuable time and high costs can be saved , particularly as the entire system can be operated by just one employee ,” explained CIDAN .
