Getting there
The world ’ s largest sheet-metalworking technology exhibition attracts top industry professionals from all over the world . It predominantly targets all sheet metalworking specialists at all management levels in small and medium-sized companies as well as large enterprises . Visitors come from all key industry sectors .
Shuttle buses operate from Hanover airport ( Terminal C ) to the exhibition grounds ( Entrance West 1 ). The journey lasts approximately 30 minutes . The taxi journey from the airport to the exhibition grounds takes approximately 30 minutes , depending upon traffic . Alternatively , the suburban railway ( S-Bahn ) line 5 ( located between Terminals B and C ) will take you from the airport to the main railway station ( approximately 16 minutes ).
If you are travelling by train , ‘ Hannover Messe / Laatzen ’ is the exhibition grounds ’ own station . From there , the covered Skywalk will take you to entrance West 1 .
