Hypertherm Associates , a U . S . -based manufacturer of industrial cutting products and software will focus this year at EuroBLECH on automation and sustainability , with products and solutions that help customers to automate and make their cutting operations more efficient .
OMAX waterjet systems will be on display , such as the OptiMAX and the ProtoMAX , a compact , self-contained cutting system for prototyping and low volume cutting . OMAX will also feature its highly intuitive IntelliMAX software .
The company ’ s Hypertherm technology brand will highlight its plasma offerings in Hall 13 , stand E158 . A new innovation in plasma cutting : the Powermax SYNC , will be on display for the first time at a European show . It features built-in intelligence and a single-piece consumable cartridge to automate plasma cutting . Hypertherm will also showcase “ the world ’ s only X-Definition plasma ” and a new HPR cartridge for HPRXD plasma systems .

LVD is a leading manufacturer of sheet-metalworking equipment including laser cutting systems ; punch presses ; press brakes ; guillotine shears and automation systems , integrated to and supported by its CADMAN ® software suite . A live Smart Factory cell demonstrating cost-efficient solutions will be on LVD ’ s stand at EuroBLECH . It will also exhibit a new punch-laser , a 20kW laser , two robotic bending systems that require no robot teaching , and a new 60-ton electric-drive press brake in Hanover .
Its punch-laser machine combines punching and forming capabilities with the speed and versatility of fibre laser cutting to complete multiple processes on a single machine , responding to the need for flexible manufacturing .

InspecVision specialises in automated 2D and 3D measurement systems for inspection and reverse engineering of sheet metal parts at every stage of production ( flat , folded , welded or assembled ). OEMs and sub-contract manufacturers use InspecVision technology for quality control , improving efficiency and reducing waste .
“ The systems are high speed , low maintenance , can be supported remotely and are available in a wide range of sizes and accuracies . Products include Planar 2D , the world ’ s fastest measurement tool for 2D parts , and Opti-Scan 3D ( the world ’ s first 3D inspection system that can measure surfaces and edges in 3D ),” it told ISMR .
InspecVision will showcase , for the first time at EuroBLECH , its new Area of Interest ( AOI ) upgrade which measures countersinks , bevels , chamfers , blind holes and surface features . InspecVision is a TRUMPF Partner and was recently awarded the prestigious UK ‘ Queen ’ s Award for Enterprise in International Trade ’.

Mate is an international tooling specialist . Its sales engineers will demonstrate the features and benefits of its full line of solutions for punching on its EuroBLECH stand . This includes Mate QCT™ thick turret tooling , an insert-style punching system that features a tool-less punch retention mechanism so that the punch insert can be easily changed .
Ultra QCT and Metric QCT punches are fully interchangeable with Amada NCT , NEX and Z-Tooling systems , as well as Wilson Thick Turret Metric punches . Also available are AMX QCT™ for Amada air blow systems and MXC QCT™ for Wilson Series 90 systems .
“ Versadie HD™ tooling improves the slitting of thicker materials that require more than 0.016 ” ( 0.406mm ) total die clearance . There is no need to replace the entire die with replaceable die inserts . Versadie inserts are designed to allow for the greatest lengths currently available in the industry . All slitting die inserts are made from MPM82 tool steel ,” it said .
