Salvagnini has been operating for over fifty years in flexible automation and industrial machinery for sheet-metal processing . The specialist in panel bending technology , with headquarters in northern Italy and the largest panel bender production plant in the world ( in Austria ), has four production facilities and twenty-three companies dedicated to sales and customer support worldwide .
The Salvagnini Group designs , builds and sells flexible systems and machines for processing sheet metal : punching machines ; panel benders ; press brakes ; fibre laser cutting machines ; FMS lines ; automatic store-towers and software .
It integrates the Industry 4.0 concept into its solutions : its automatic job shop ( AJS ) solution indicates a set of Salvagnini systems that are orchestrated by OPS process software for intelligent integration between machines and a customer ’ s ERP system .

Schröder Group is taking its latest sheet-metal working machines as well as advanced automation solutions to this year ’ s EuroBLECH in Hanover . Visitors to its stand will see precision sheet-metalworking shears and slip-bending rolls as well as folders for the sophisticated handicraft and industrial sectors .
“ Our main stand highlight will be the EVO Center motorised sheet-metal folder with automatic clamping beam and folding beam tool-changer . Thanks to our in-house developed software control , POS 3000 , this machine enables fully automatic processing of the entire folding program with no manual intervention ,” it outlined .
“ Another highlight on our booth will be the PowerBend Professional sheet-metal folder with a working length of 3,200mm and sheet thickness of up to 3.0mm . This popular machine has an increased clamping beam stroke of 500mm and now offers more space for bulky workpieces ,” added the manufacturer .

Mazak is set to unveil two new laser processing machines for cutting tube , pipe and sheet
The FG-400 NEO . metal at EuroBLECH 2022 with ‘ Laser Beam Shaping ’ and ‘ Fiber ’ technology , designed for significant cost and energy savings .
“ The FG-400 NEO can streamline production and improve performance by running multiple processes in one machine , including tapping ( with optional tapping unit ). It is suitable for large-sized tubes and pipes ( including round , square and rectangular cross-sections ) as well as H , I and L beams . With new 3D laser head with A / B axes and fibre laser technology , complex shapes and highly reflective materials can be machined . The four-chucks system prevents material distortion during processing ,” explained Mazak .
The OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO 15kW 2D laser cutting machine features MAZATROL SmoothLx CNC Control , MCT3 cutting head and customisation options . Automated features deliver faster set-up times , including automatic torch- and nozzlechanging , with automatic focus detection and positioning . It will feature the CST 3015 automation system .
