HAEUSLER is a pioneer in the development of bending machines . What started as a small locksmith ’ s shop in 1936 is now a family business in metalbending , metal forming and general assembly technologies . Fladder Danmark offers a wide range of manual , automatic and special machines for processing thin and thick sheet metal parts . These are used for deburring ; oxide / dross removal ; surface finishing ; denibbing and intermediate sanding .
” The gear head in the machines , with the main motor and rotating motor , is mounted on a scissor suspension frame . The scissor is equipped with special hardened , grinded wheels and the machines create linear , oscillating movement across the conveyor belt . This , combined with the in-pair counter rotating spindles , results in uniform workpieces and uniform wear of the tools ,” Fladder told ISMR .
” Pressure on the workpiece is created by centrifugal force , through regulation of the RPM . FLADDER ® technology is nonaggressive - the abrasive cylinders are flexible tools . This means that , besides flat workpieces , the machines can also process three-dimensional parts ( which saves manual labour costs for deburring machined extrusions ),” it added .

” The new strip levelling machine requires 20 % less floor space ,” explained KOHLER . ” Precision strip levelling machines with direct drives can be delivered with up to 21 levelling rollers . The diameter can range between 40 and 65mm , depending upon the application . Systems with conventional drives can also be delivered with levelling rollers in the 18-30mm diameter range .”
Its servo-electric Peak Performer part levelling machine levels and relieves stress from metal sheets and part blanks . Features include electromechanical levelling gap control ( patented ); an advanced cleaning system ; reversible levelling rollers ( patented ) and predictive maintenance .
