At Blechexpo 2021 in Stuttgart , SafanDarley will present a variety of sheet metal processing systems .
“ The E-Brake 35T Mini Cell ( electric ) is a fully automated compact system for bending small , complex products . With the optional automatic tool and gripper change system , users can quickly change between different products . A pallet dispenser is also available . Programs can be prepared offline with Robobend simulation software ,” said the Dutch manufacturer .
Its compact , rapid H-Brake Hybrid 110T-1600 , with very high tonnage density over a short working length , bends shorter , complex parts in thicker materials . AutoPOL offline bending simulation software , with optional Batch & Remote functionality , can now load 3D composite drawings and identify / program the sheet metal parts for production . Offline programming of the E-Bend L angle measurement system in AutoPOL is now also possible . SafanDarley will also display machines such as the E-Brake 50T Ultra and the M-Shear 205-6 , with ‘ return to sender ’ function .

The ‘ t bend ’ tube bending system .
WAFIOS single-head tube bending machines , EcoBend and TopBend 35 , offer flexible customisation options .
“ With its modular machine and tool concept , the machine can be easily adjusted to customer requirements . The EcoBend series features three sizes ( 25 , 35 and 42 ). An intermediate size is now available between sizes 25 and 42 of the RBV series ,” WAFIOS told ISMR .
The fully integrated loading concept has various options ( such as a high-angle conveyor , tube loader and loading unit ). The camera system on the magazine checks markings , laser cut-outs and alignment of attachment parts ‘ almost within cycle time ’.
“ Innovations , such as the extension of the work range or the swivelling mandrel unit plus the modular , retrofittable machine body , enable project-specific investment while maintaining full flexibility for other applications . The machine can be retrofitted with options for other applications . A second bending direction can even be added , which turns it into a TopBend machine ,” it explained .
