With the FlatMaster ® 88 , levelling has become much easier compared to the manual flattening press in Silberhorn ’ s old facility .
“ Back then , every part was different . Today , we have consistently high quality and enormous time savings ,” explained Diane Silberhorn . The downstream processes are also much more stable and accurate , said the company .
The advantages of the levelling machine have also been noticed by Silberhorn ’ s business partners .
“ Thanks to the precision leveller , we have received more orders from two customers . We were able to win a new customer , for whom we are even making a finished assembly ,” reported Bayerl .
The FlatMaster ® 88 also scores with its user-friendliness , said the company . “ You enter the parameters and the precision leveller automatically produces the settings - that ’ s it !” said the production manager .
“ The machine is uncomplicated to operate , as was the project at the time . ARKU prepared everything very well for this , from start-up to the training of our operators ,” reported Diane Silberhorn .
