The Biegemaster Dura long folder offers a wide range of applications for bending of roof, wall and façade. Common profiles range from 3-15 metre bending lengths. It is optionally equipped with a hydraulic adjustable clamping beam for material thickness adjustment. There is an archive of all previously used projects on the machines and an intuitive control system via multi-touch display with a wide range of functions.
“ The freely positionable foot switch enables both hands to remain free when fixing the sheet metal,” said the manufacturer.
“ For double bends, the Biegemaster XBend bends material thicknesses of up to 2mm steel sheet metal automatically( lengths of 3-12 metres. Fully automatic bending is possible in two directions without turning the sheet around and an electronic back gauge ensures precise positioning. The clamping beam can be controlled with millimetre precision for perfect folds and automatic loading assistance is featured for the easy insertion of sheet metal. It also features an automatic gripper system and side infeed,” added the manufacturer.
The S-BEND is the company’ s folding solution for heavy-gauge materials and demanding profiles. Featuring a hydraulic system and automatic crowning, it offers bending capacity for up to 3mm steel and 4mm aluminium
The BMS multi-touch control system enables intuitive operation by touching the screen. New profiles can be created quickly or created using touchscreen painting. The control system can draw on stored profiles. Automatic bend sequence calculations with graphic simulation and illustration are also offered.
At EuroBLECH 2026 in Germany, the manufacturer will be demonstrating its fully automatic double bender on its stand.

Bradbury Folders come with free firmware downloads from Beck Automation and controllers with optional office-to-folder download capability. Standard models are designed to handle 30-gauge to 11-gauge metal and are available in five lengths— 13’, 21’, 26’, 33’ and 40’.
The Marion Die & Fixture bender is designed to form 90-degree flanges on drainage tubing end sections while maintaining the integrity of the material throughout the bending process. It accommodates flange lengths of 12-48 inches and flange heights of 3-6 inches.
