Connected and autonomous flows

Fully automated cutting cell
In the laser cutting sector, Bystronic will be showcasing a fully integrated cutting cell that automates the entire process from raw material to sorted part output. The solution combines the 20kW ByCut 3015 laser cutting system, the ByTrans Modular loading and unloading system, the BySort sorting system and the ByTower Cross storage tower into a seamless production environment.
The modular architecture allows for stepby-step expansion in line with individual production requirements. All components are controlled via a common user interface and are fully integrated into the Bystronic software ecosystem.

The new Xpert Pro Midsize Bending Cell.
New Xpert Pro Midsize Bending Cell
With the new Xpert Pro Midsize Bending Cell, Bystronic is expanding its portfolio in bending automation with a solution tailored to the needs of medium-sized manufacturing facilities. The automated bending cell combines a wide variety of parts and long autonomous running times. At the heart of the system is the new Xpert Pro 150 / 2050 Extended, which was developed specifically for automated operation. Additional stroke, greater passage width and an optimised machine design significantly expand the range of parts that can be processed and enable greater flexibility across a wide variety of applications.
The cell features Dynamic Crowning and Laser Angle Measurement( LAMS) systems for bending precision. An integrated, 4m-long conveyor line increases the cell’ s productivity: up to eight Euro pallets can be flexibly used for loading and unloading processes, enabling longer operating cycles without manual intervention. The cell is designed for higher throughput, greater autonomy and improved utilisation of their manufacturing capacity.
Xpert Pro 150 and ByTube Star 330
Bystronic’ s Xpert Pro 150 will be equipped with several new features. A new sliding table, an additional screen, a handwheel and Servo Dynamic are designed to assist operators and help to reduce set-up times and simplify workflows. It incorporates the Laser Angle Measurement System( LAMS) and Dynamic Crowning feature.
With the compact version of the ByTube- Star 330, Bystronic will also present its solution for modern tube processing. It can accommodate pipes up to 12.2m in length.
“ The tube laser system processes tubes and open profiles automatically and without changeover time( range from 19 to 305mm). It has a modular design with automatic loading and unloading and integrated
processes such as drilling, thread cutting, marking and 3D cutting. With laser powers of up to 10kW, the system is also suitable for demanding applications involving large tube diameters and thick materials,” Bystronic told ISMR.
Software and services
The Xpert Pro with new features.
In addition to machines and automation, Bystronic will also dedicate separate presentation areas at EuroBLECH 2026 to software and services. Its BySoft Suite integrates costing, planning, programming and manufacturing into a seamless digital workflow. The company’ s expanded service portfolio includes digital services, Power Upgrades and the myBystronic customer portal.
