Clamping and bending is controlled by a joystick or foot pedal or combination of the two, allowing easy positioning of the material for folding. It also offers a manual BPC Box and Pan. Its EXR range of CNC folders are manufactured with a rotating upper beam with one straight rail and one set of high divided tools that can both be utilised in the same folding program without any manual tool change. The back gauge is integral to the rear support table, which is suitable for the folding of large sheets as the weight of the material is supported, resulting in a traditionally two-operator job being able to be performed with just one. Three models are available( bending up to 2.5mm mild steel).
The ESR range of CNC folders are designed to produce fast, accurate and consistent folded parts.
