Prima Power at Blechexpo 2025
At Blechexpo 2025 in Stuttgart, Prima Power will reaffirm its strategic vision, under the theme“ Evolve by Integration”, by presenting a selection of fully integrated solutions designed to help manufacturers respond to growing demands for automation, scalability and digital control in sheet metal processing.

At the Prima Power stand at Blechexpo, visitors will see a newly launched compact robotic bending solution.
Global premiere in automated bending
Prima Power will globally launch a new robotic bending cell, at Blechexpo 2025, which is designed for compact spaces and high productivity.
“ The system offers full-cycle automation, from loading to stacking, and features an advanced combination of technologies to ensure a minimal footprint, fast cycle times and flexibility in part handling. This solution is suitable for sectors such as appliances; HVAC; automotive; metal furniture and industrial components, handling smallto medium-sized parts from simple to highly complex geometries,” Prima Power explained to ISMR.
“ Fully compatible with automated storage and logistics systems, this new solution supports unattended production, easy integration with FMS storage systems( such as Prima Power Night Train) and Automatic Guided Vehicles( AGVs). It also allows for flexible material input from various sources. The new system is designed to grow with the customer from a stand-alone unit to a fully connected production cell,” it added.
Combi Genius with LSR
Prima Power will also showcase its combined punch-laser system, equipped with an automated Loading and Stacking Robot( LSR), at Blechexpo 2025 in Stuttgart.
“ The Combi Genius combines multiple operations( punching, tapping, forming, marking and laser cutting) in a single machine for flexibility and productivity( even on complex shapes and materials). With its modular architecture( up to 400 turret tools) and 6kW laser, it delivers productivity and material versatility,” added Prima Power.
When connected to systems such as the Night Train FMS or integrated with a panel bending machine, Combi Genius becomes the core of a complete Flexible Manufacturing System, enabling end-to-end process automation with minimal manual intervention.
