Perpendicular waterjet cutting and new HMI
At Water Jet Sweden’ s production hall in Ronneby, the machine set to be unveiled at the Blechexpo trade show in Stuttgart, Germany( 21-24 October 2025), is currently under construction. It is an X-series model equipped with the latest technology, featuring Alphajet( for perpendicular cutting) and the upgraded PanelOne ® control system with a new, enhanced HMI( human-machine interface).
“ This autumn, the PanelOne ® control system will include Edgecut 3( an upgraded version of the human – machine interface). When PanelOne ® was introduced, it replaced traditional keyboards with a simple touchscreen and intuitive joystick. Now, it has been further refined with a future-proof interface, built on. NET, improved with more than 30 new functions / improvements and plugins,” confirmed the waterjet cutting specialist.
“ The machine on display at Blechexpo will be equipped with the Alphajet TVL cutting tool, the next generation of perpendicular cutting. The efficient Auto Calibration Tool will be demonstrated live for quick and easy calibration, with 100 % accuracy,” it continued.

Universal laser automation and storage
At Blechexpo 2025 in Stuttgart, Germany( 21-24 October 2025), Remmert will showcase efficient intralogistics solutions for sheet metal and long goods. Its show highlights will include universal laser automation for up to four cutting machines and space-saving storage systems with the latest warehouse management software.
“ The LaserFLEX solution will demonstrate how different laser machines, regardless of manufacturer, can be integrated into one central automation line. Combined with our high-capacity sheet storage systems, this means minimal downtime, low staffing requirements and reduced space needs thanks to the mix of different sheet formats within one system,” Remmert told ISMR.
