CLOOS welding robots at Schweisstec

One highlight of CLOOS’ s stand 9306( hall 9) at the Blechexpo / Schweisstec 2025 trade show( 21-24 October 2025) in Stuttgart, Germany, will be its compact standard robot system. This will demonstrate various welding processes and components in a modular design.
“ The cell will show how CLOOS technology can be flexibly scaled and integrated into a wide variety of production environments, from single-part production to series production,” continued CLOOS.
With ArcBoT, CLOOS will present a collaborative solution for the automated welding of small quantities and varying component geometries.
“ The easily programmable cobot is ideal for flexible production environments. Among other things, it uses the innovative MoTion Weld welding process: an energy-reduced,
low spatter, short arc with reversing wire, especially developed for thin sheet metal,” explained CLOOS.
“ Our QINEO series stands for quality“ Made in Germany” and offers a powerful platform for all modern welding processes, from entry-level solutions to high-end power sources. All QINEO devices have a modular design and can be flexibly adapted to new requirements whether through retrofitting, component replacement or integration into digital production environments,” added the welding specialist.
In addition to welding, CLOOS will also provide information on solutions for automated grinding.
“ This growing area offers great potential for increasing productivity and maintaining consistently high quality, particularly for demanding surface requirements and recurring processes,” concluded CLOOS.

FSC-3 high-power cutting head family
