On 9 September 2022 , Kjellberg Finsterwalde celebrated its centenary in Finsterwalde , Germany . The company develops and manufactures sustainable plant equipment for the metalworking industry , with a portfolio that includes products and technologies for plasmacutting , welding and customised specialpurpose machines .
For more than 60 years , the manufacturer has been a market specialist in plasma cutting and has committed itself to advancing the digitalisation of the metalworking industry with innovative industrial products .

In October 2022 , Kjellberg Finsterwalde Plasma und Maschinen GmbH ( the largest company in the Kjellberg Finsterwalde group ) extended its Management Board to position itself for the future . Falk Tzschichholz now acts as managing director , alongside Dr . Jörg Eßmann , to form the new management
