Dr. Muddassir Ahmed( Founder & CEO, SCMDOJO) will run a workshop on‘ Supply Chain Talent Needs in the Age of AI’ on 4 June 2025. This presentation will address the changing requirements for talent in supply chain management due to increased digitalisation and AI integration. Digital skills are becoming essential for supply chain professionals.
“ This presentation will explore how AI is transforming supply chains, necessitating a shift towards more strategic roles. This panel will seek to try and answer some of the outstanding questions and open a debate on how to progress this in the future.

In 2024, over 4,000 manufacturing and engineering professionals visited Subcon. According to the show organiser, 40 % of visitors had an annual budget spend of over £ 1 million.

Getting there
By Car: The NEC has clear signposted links with the motorway network( M1, M6, M40 and M42). There is on-site parking for over 21,000 vehicles and a regular bus service runs from the car parks to the exhibition entrance.
By Train: The NEC is served by Birmingham International station with a covered walkway directly to the venue.
By Plane: Birmingham International Airport, which is conveniently situated a few minutes from the NEC, services scheduled flights from 34 national and international destinations.
By Coach: Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services also run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport. From Birmingham Airport, visitors can get to the NEC via the free air-rail link which takes just 90 seconds and runs every two minutes.
