Timesavers . We are now focusing on creating a standard hairline finish , using a grit size that gives a softer look to the surface that meets all the standards for external cladding , where the surface finish must be less than 0.5 Ra .
“ However , with the Timesavers machine we have the ability to quickly change the abrasive belt to a larger or smaller grit size , which means that we can , if a customer specifies , create a wide range of hairline finishes ,” he concluded .

Timesavers ’ small and large solutions were on show at the MACH Exhibition in Birmingham , UK , this April . The surface finishing specialist has now appointed a new dealership , GE Machinery Ltd ., who holds UK exclusive sales , spares and service for all its machines .
“ The Timesavers compact rotary brush machine , the 32 RB series , was on display at the show . The rotary brush technique creates a uniform radius on all edges of sheet metal parts up to a width of 1100mm . It is possible to combine edge rounding with the removal of oxide skin on steel parts . The 32 Series WRBW 1100mm wide rotary brush machine is designed for deburring , edge rounding , the removal of laser oxide and finishing of metal parts ,” Timesavers told ISMR .
The 22 Series WRB ( Wide Rotary Brush ) machine , with its industry 4.0 functionalities , was also showcased . The machine has a working width of 600mm and is designed for companies with smaller production demands and associated budgets to deburr and round parts . It is suitable for deburring , edge rounding , finishing and the removal of laser oxide .
The entry level deburring machine , the 10 Series Manual Grinder , could also be seen at the Timesavers stand .
“ This solution is three to four times faster than deburring by hand , and is easy to use ,” Timesavers added . “ It is a costsaving alternative for manual deburring , edge rounding and / or finishing of metal .” n
