WiM appoints 2022 Board of Directors
The Women in Manufacturing ® Association ( WiM ) has announced the election of 22 members to its 2022 Board of Directors , who began their terms on 1 April 2022 . WiM is the only U . S . association specifically dedicated to supporting , promoting and inspiring women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing sector . The Board will be led by : -

WiMEF ( Woman in Manufacturing Education Foundation ) has impacted 9,000 + manufacturing professionals and graduated 300 + individuals to date with its four educational programmes and Virtual Learning Series .

COE Press Equipment expands service network
COE Press Equipment , a provider of coil processing equipment to the metal stamping and fabrication industries , has announced the expansion of its service offerings with the establishment of two new regional service hubs – one in Detroit and one in Bowling Green ( USA ). These hubs are run by a dedicated regional service technician with access to custom-designed service vans stocked with tools and standard replacement components , providing maintenance and repair of on-site equipment , in addition to other service support .
“ COE has always focused on providing a high level of service to our customers , not only for supporting our equipment but also for improving the performance of other brands ,” said President , Reid Coe . “ The establishment of these service hubs allows us to provide even faster and more dedicated service to our customers and potential customers , asserting that COE is will always be there to make things right .”
The Detroit service office is run by regional service technician , William “ Mick ” Barnard . An eight-year employee of COE , Barnard has an in-depth understanding of coil processing applications , troubleshooting , equipment maintenance and repair . This centre serves Michigan , Northern Ohio and Indiana .
The Bowling Green service hub is run by regional service technician , Aaron Whitworth . Whitworth has been with Coe for five years and is experienced in all aspects of feed line operation , troubleshooting , maintenance and repair . This centre ’ s service reach includes Kentucky , Tennessee , southern Ohio and southern Indiana .
In addition to these regional service locations , COE also has a Regional Service Hub in Monterrey , Mexico , to serve the Mexican market .
COE ’ s extensive service offering includes 24 / 7 / 365 technical support ; preventative maintenance programmes ; production support ; parts inventory and technical training – either on-site or at COE . It can provide value-added upgrades , retrofits and refurbishment for both mechanical and controls capabilities for COE , or other brand equipment . ■
