LT12 is the solution for processing tubes , profiles and beams . The machine concept is similar to BLM ’ s LT8.20

The company ’ s LT360 is a robotised lasercutting system for processing 3D parts including bent and hydroformed tubes , deep-drawn components , flat and stamped sheets . Because of its flexible configuration , the LT360 can be integrated into most production processes , typically downstream of processes such as bending , hot stamping , drawing , hydroforming and upstream of welding and / or assembly processes .
At EuroBLECH 2024 in Hanover , Germany , BLM Group showcased its LT7 fully automatic Lasertube processing system , designed for tubes ranging from 12mm to 152mm in diameter and up to 23kg / m in weight . An automatic tube and metal profile feeding system is available for the system . Its ELECT150 full electric tube bender for large diameter ( available in both left-hand or right-hand configurations ) was also on display ; it can handle tubes of up to 150mm in diameter and was equipped with the latest VGPNext programming software . Its LT-FREE 5-axis laser cutting cell was also presented ; this system offers the ability to process three-dimensional metal profiles such as deep-drawn or die-cast components , bent or hydroformed tubes .
BLM tube bending machines include the E-TURN tube bender ( an all-electric solution that combines right-hand and left-hand bending direction ), supported by 3D programming VGPNext software . Other tube benders include the SMART and the 4-RUNNER . The company also offers a range of tube end-forming machines . Its AST8- VE fully electric tube end-forming machine is designed for end-forming , bevelling and trim cutting . Artube is BLM GROUP CAD / CAM software for drawing , manipulating and designing tubular parts .
In September 2024 , BLM GROUP USA announced the rebranding and revamping of its ProTube Enterprise Manufacturing Execution System ( MES ) software as “ Prometheus ”, now extending beyond the company ’ s tube laser machines by adding compatibility with its line of sheet lasers .
BLM GROUP and Hypertherm Associates recently announced a strategic partnership agreement to offer solutions through BLM GROUP ’ s laser cutting and tube bending systems and Hypertherm Associates ’ plasma and waterjet cutting products and software .
