As one of the largest manufacturers of laser cutting machines with intelligent technologies in China , its products include sheet metal laser cutting , tube laser cutting and 3D cutting systems .
Flat sheet cutting models include the HF-T series fibre laser cutting machine for heavyduty and large-format sheet ; the HF · G Series fibre laser cutting machine with 10kW power ; the HF · C Series ; the HF · B Series , the HM series and the HF · A Series . Hymson also offers an Extra Large Size Aluminium Sheet Metal Cutter and the HF · TU Series steel plate cutter machine , as a new uncoiling / feeding laser cutting machine for uncoiling , feeding , cutting and unloading . The HF-TU series also cuts coil material .
The new HF · BP series is a combined plate and tube integrated laser cutting machine . Power ranges from 1500W-6000W .
“ The sheet cutting machinery can effectively prevent the diffusion of smoke and dust during cutting , make the workshop cleaner , and the machine is open on one side to facilitate feeding and monitoring of the cutting status ,” explained Hymson . The manufacturer also offers a range of other tube-cutting models .
Polish manufacturer , Kimla , has innovation at the heart of its company , demonstrated in both its control systems and machine tool production . More recently , this was highlighted in its laser cutting machines with linear drive technology .
“ Linear drives can double the speed of laser cutting machines ; this is because mechanical drives have limitations due to the heat generated via friction and part wear . Linear drives , however , exhibit no friction and magnetic fields do not wear , resulting in a machine that can be two or even three times more efficient than standard drive systems ,” Kimla told ISMR .

linear drives can be manufactured in many configurations and operating areas . Diversification can apply to the degree of automation , laser source power and equipment . Its Flashcut and Powercut Linear lasers have won several gold medals at the Poznań International Fair ( MTP / ITM Polska / MACH-TOOL ) and STOM trade fairs in Kielce . Other models include the Extremecut linear flatbed laser and the Finecut series .

A new addition at the Blechexpo / Schweisstec exhibition in November 2023 was LVD ’ s large-format Phoenix FL-6525 lasercutting machine with bevel cutting head , as well as new CADMAN ® -FLOW software for optimised material process flow .
The new Phoenix FL-6525 offers versatility and capacity with a large cutting range up to 6510 x 2600mm and a bevel cutting option . Its large-format configuration is designed for cutting oversized sheets in thin to thick materials . The bevel cutting head provides precise control of the angle and depth of the bevel to cut intricate contours or for weld-prep operations .
Phoenix FL-6525 is available with 4- , 6- , 10- , 12- or 20kW laser power . The bevelcutting option is available for 10- and 12kW systems . The Phoenix FL-6525 at Blechexpo / Schweisstec 2023 featured a 12kW laser source with bevel head .
Other LVD flatbed laser cutting systems include the Taurus ( XXL fibre laser cutter for large-format processing ), YSD LaserONE and the Puma . Its tube cutting systems include the TL8525 to process larger diameter tubes and the 3 / 4kW TL 2665 for flexible tube and profile cutting ( including a seven-position front loader
for semi-automatic tube loading ). A range of automation options are also available .
Yamazaki Mazak ( MAZAK ) has completed the development of a new 2D laser machine for sheet metal cutting operations . The new MCT3 cutting head and the MAZATROL SmoothLX CNC Control system are features of the OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO .
“ The large working area enables the processing of workpieces up to 1525mm x 3050mm through a 15kW fibre laser resonator . Beam Shaping Technology automatically adjusts the beam diameter and energy concentration to ensure the best possible result on various materials and thicknesses ,” explained MAZAK .
Other 2D fibre laser cutting models include the OPTIPLEX 3015 / 2040 Fiber III and the OPTIPLEX NEXUS 3015 . Tube cutting options include the FG-220 , the FT-150 FIBER and the FG-400 NEO .
Turkish sheet metal machinery specialist , MVD Makina Sanayi A . S . ( MVD ), offers its F8-3015 laser-cutting system with a special bridge developed for high-speed movements , and the iLaser fibre laser cutting machine . The iLaser features a Precitec Procutter laser cutting head ; wide touchscreen ; loading / unloading table ; camera monitoring system for operators ; dust-collection filter and advanced CNC controller .
Features of the CNC control panel include Fly Cut functions for same direction , highspeed cutting and ‘ No Piercing ’ technology for thin material processing . Enhanced sheet metal recognition software , referencing and sheet alignment functions and a workpiece job order search function / recall are also included . NUKON offers a range of 2D fibre laser cutting systems ( the ECO 315 , the REX 315 , the NF Pro Series and Vento Series ). Its 3D cutting systems are the X5 ( five-axis cutter ) and the new design Vento Flex ( pipe , profile and sheet metal cutting ). The NK-T 125 and the NK-T 160 are laser tube and profile cutting machines .
