The SER1200 XL Multibrush deburring machine is now in operation at Arbèl .

AN ‘ ALL-IN-ONE ’ FINISH

Arbèl , a Dutch sheet-metalworking company , has bought the first , new Q-Fin SER1200 XL Multibrush machine for combined surface-finishing operations .

“ The new SER1200 XL Multibrush machine combines finishing operations for sheet-metal parts ( such as deburring ; grinding ; rounding ; oxide layer removal and line finishing ) with directionless grinding and 3mm Radius options .”

There is increasing demand from sheetmetal consumers in the directionless finishing of cut parts . Arbèl b . v . Lasen plaatwerkindustrie , a manufacturer in Valkenswaard , The Netherlands , which is active in welding and sheet-metal production , noticed this trend , along with requests for further automation of the finishing process . It therefore collaborated with Dutch manufacturer , Q-Fin , on the supply of a new deburring machine to meet these requirements .

Arbèl supplies its customer with high-quality sheet-metal products and fine construction work in stainless steel , aluminium and steel . It produces products from prototypes and single pieces to small and medium large batchwork . This ranges from laser cutting , deburring and finishing to bending , drilling and welding . Q-Fin ’ s SER1200 XL Multibrush deburring machine , now in operation at Arbèl , offers manufacturers directionless finish of cut parts as well as more automation options and Radius 2mm edge rounding on sheet-metal parts up to 1200mm wide .
