AIDA-America confirms new hires
AIDA-America , a metal stamping press specialist in Dayton , Ohio ( USA ), recently hired several new employees . John Reynolds is a new project manager , after market solutions ( AMS ). He has more than ten years of experience with equipment rebuilds , updates and relocation , as well as project management . John Reynolds . In his new position , John now manages assigned customer AMS projects , such as equipment upgrades and retrofits , from start to finish . Steel Dynamics , Inc . announced in November 2021 that its Board of Directors has appointed Luis M . Sierra as an independent member of the company ’ s Board of Directors . The appointment is for the balance of a one-year term ending May 2022 , coinciding with the company ’ s regularly scheduled Annual Meeting of Stockholders .
Luis Sierra , age 58 , will serve as an independent director of Steel Dynamics and will also serve as a member of the Steel
Acting chairman for IZA
The International Zinc Association ( IZA ) has announced Hindustan Zinc Ltd ’ s CEO / fulltime director , Arun Misra , as the new acting IZA Chair . Mr . Misra was recently selected as the new chairman by the IZA Executive Committee , with a final vote planned by IZA ’ s Board of Directors in October .
Arun Misra expressed honour at being elected to the position and will support IZA in its work to build sustainable , long-term markets for zinc and help to ensure operating licenses for the industry .
“ It is a privilege for me to take on the role of IZA Chair and continue the tradition of excellence of those who came before me . The IZA has an exceptional team of projects , such as equipment upgrades and retrofits , from start to finish . Rob Maley was recently hired as marketing coordinator . He has over six years of marketing experience in the equipment industry , including designing marketing materials ; promoting company products and initiatives via the company ’ s website , social media platforms and news releases ; and planning customer events . In his new position , he shares responsibility for all AIDA-America marketing efforts , as well as coordinating globally with other AIDA group companies .

Dynamics Compensation Committee . He also serves as the president and chief executive officer of NOVA Chemicals Corporation . Before this , Mr . Sierra had an over 30-year career with BP , holding various leadership positions .

Porsche extends contract with Lutz Meschke
The Supervisory Board of Dr . Ing . h . c . F . Porsche AG has appointed Lutz Meschke , Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and Member of the Executive Board Finance and IT , for a further five years . Meschke has been a member of the Porsche Executive Board since 2009 and its deputy chairman since 2015 .
“ Lutz Meschke is driving forward digitalisation and M & A activities with conviction . At the same time , he is also establishing Porsche in a futureoriented manner in finance ,” said Dr . Wolfgang Porsche , Chairman of the Supervisory Board . “ In doing so , he makes an integral contribution to Porsche being among the most profitable automobile manufacturers in the world .”
The sports car manufacturer from Stuttgart has the strategic aim of achieving a 15 percent return on sales . Despite the coronavirus pandemic and shortage of semiconductors , Porsche was able to go “ above and beyond this benchmark ” in the first three quarters of 2021 . This is also as a result of its Profitability Programme 2025 , which is spearheaded by Meschke . This ambitious project is intended to reduce the cumulative cost burden on the result by 10 billion euros by 2025 – and thereafter by three billion euros per year .
