FOCUS ON STAMPING

lines, and complete systems for manufacturing complex metal parts. It also specialises in composite forming, hot and cold forging systems, and press hardening. Products range from presses and complete turnkey stamping systems to lines for manufacturing, processing and cutting sheet metal and special complete lines for manufacturing complex sheet metal parts.
The company( part of the Mondragon Corporation) designs and manufactures presses and stamping systems from 630KN up to 150,000KN using mechanical, hydraulic or servo-driven technology. It has been supplying transfer presses for more than 30 years and manufactures large transfer presses of more than 3,500 tons. Its presses are fully automated, with its own automated systems such as transfer systems or pick-up destackers. It also offers one single control architecture for an entire press line.
Fagor Arrasate has also incorporated Danobat’ s coil laser-cutting technology into its press lines, with a modular and scalable coilfed laser blanking concept. Fagor Arrasate’ s recently made a strategic investment in Robohelix, a Germany-based company that has developed patented technology for the automated production of helical flights used in screw conveyors and augers. In March 2026, it announced a new strategic partnership with Funditec to create Primus Robotics, a new joint venture focused on developing and manufacturing industrial humanoid robots in Europe.
FF Fluid Forming GmbH is dedicated to hydroforming, a high-pressure forming process similar to the deep-drawing technique. But instead of using a punching tool( punch and die), this process uses a fluid to shape the component. The company produces the FormBalancer hydroforming press. It shapes metal sheets into a tool mould by applying very high pressures( up to 4000 bars).

Fresan Makina san. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti manufactures C-frame eccentric presses from 10 tons to 250 tons( 100kN- 2500kN), special machinery and hydraulic punching presses.
Group Rhodes, one of Europe’ s largest OEMs in its field, celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2024. The Group actively manufactures and markets over fifty basic ranges of presses / machines and designs, develops and manufactures bespoke machinery and complete turnkey solutions.
Press examples include flexible die presses and stretch forming presses.
Through its Rhodes Interform business, it has also developed a stamping process that enables large monocoque components, particularly those produced by super plastic forming( SPF) from very thin material, to accurately retain their shape on cooling. The company designs, manufactures and installs titanium and aluminium forming cells for aerospace and automotive manufacturers. Dualform is its patented process incorporating a special Double Acting Hydraulic Press.

Haulick + Roos manufactures precision stamping and forming machines for stamping, punching, cutting, bending and drawing. It can also handle complex forming work with progressive and complete cutting tools in the press force range from 250 to 5,000kN. Its ROP 4000-3500 press( with a press force of 4000kN, installation length 3500mm) features a KFS guide system, rotating stroke / pendulum stroke and switchable servo drive.
Heilbronn Group offers a broad spectrum of press technology for the packing and pharmaceutical market, as well as for sheetmetal processing, from single machines up to complete production lines. This includes C-frame presses and straightside eccentric presses; link drive presses; blanking lines; decoilers, straighteners and feeders.
Turkish manufacturer, Hydrocar Pres Metal Makina İml. San. İç ve Dış Tic, manufactures a range of presses in different formats and dimensions, including hydraulic and deep drawing presses.
Danish manufacturer Hydraulico A / S designs and delivers advanced press technology and complete production lines. All presses are designed and produced to customer specifications. Its product range includes tailor-made presses( up to 10,000 tons and six forming axes) and customised press solutions integrating different types of peripheral equipment, automation, heating technologies and tooling. Its Electronic Shimming TM technology is designed to eliminate wrinkles and cracks in the finished parts to reduce scrap rates. The company has a subsidiary office in the United States.
I. M. V. Presse specialises in developing a wide range of mechanical and servo press solutions( from one to four connecting rods
with power ranging from 1,000 to 35,000kN), as well as turnkey press lines. The Italian stamping specialist has over eighty years of experience in sheet metal forming.
INGYU is a Taiwanese press manufacturer, established in 1970, which provides high-speed presses for automotive, can-making, motor lamination and complex forming applications. Its new SVL-10 Ultra Precision press, with servo technology and an oil-free design, is suitable for stamping ultra-thin plastic material as well as metals such as steel, brass, aluminium and stainless steel. Other presses include the Apex straightside, two-plunger, high-speed press, Saga multi-slide motion mechanical press and ApexKA adjustable stroke, high-speed press.
INGYU’ s EV 0.15-0.3mm Lamination Stamping Solution features a three-point press( HV350-3000) and a push & pull servo feeding system( Siemens). The HV350-3000 multipoint, high-speed presses are equipped with a slide quick-lift system designed to quickly resolve mould issues without time-consuming recalibration. It also supports carbon reduction efforts by enabling lighter, thinner components without compromising strength or precision. Interlaken Technology Company( ITC) designs and builds several standardised lines of hydraulic presses and high-pressure testing systems. For part forming, ITC features tube hydroforming and elevated temperature systems. For material testing, ITC offers five servo press systems, bend, dent and draw bead applications, leak and burst testers, and autofrettage.
It has introduced a four-column hydroforming press system for running high-volume production while reducing cycle time. The manufacturer also designs and builds three standardised lines of hydraulic presses: ServoPress, Hydroforming and HEATform™.
