Fresan Makina san. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti manufactures C-frame eccentric presses from 10 tons to 250 tons( 100kN- 2500kN), special machinery and hydraulic punching presses.
Group Rhodes, one of Europe’ s largest OEMs in its field, celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2024. The Group significantly expanded its workforce in 2024 to meet the needs of its customer base across its four divisions. The company has now expanded its operations into a new 25,000-square-foot premises next to its manufacturing facility in Wakefield, West Yorkshire( UK).

Haulick + Roos manufactures precision stamping and forming machines for stamping, punching, cutting, bending and drawing. It can also handle complex forming work with progressive and complete cutting tools in the press force range from 250 to 5,000kN. Its ROP 4000-3500 press( with a press force of
4000kN, installation length 3500mm) features a KFS guide system, rotating stroke / pendulum stroke and switchable servo drive.

Its product range includes tailor-made presses( up to 10,000 tons and six forming axes) and customised press solutions integrating different types of peripheral equipment, automation, heating technologies and tooling.
Hydraulico’ s Electronic Shimming TM technology is designed to eliminate wrinkles and cracks in the finished parts, and therefore reduce scrap rates. The company has now opened a subsidiary office in the U. S.
I. M. V. Presse specialises in developing a wide range of mechanical and servo press solutions( from one to four connecting rods with power ranging from 1,000 to 35,000kN) as well as turnkey press lines.
INGYU is a Taiwanese press manufacturer, established in 1970, which provides highspeed presses for automotive, can-making, motor lamination and complex forming applications. Its new SVL-10 Ultra Precision Press, with servo technology and an oil-free design, is suitable for stamping ultra-thin plastic material as well as metals such as steel, brass, aluminium and stainless steel.
“ Our ApexKA series of adjustable stroke, high-speed presses feature stroke lengths ranging from 15-64mm. The ApexKA series is equipped with a bottom dead-centre compensation system that can reduce variation during the stamping process and ensure that the bottom dead-centre accuracy remains within three microns. INGYU’ s new HV350-3000 multi-point, high-speed presses are equipped with a slide quick-lift system that can quickly resolve mould issues without time-consuming recalibration( see page 53). The total machine clearance is extremely small and deflection of the machine body is within 0.05mm / m. The slide quick-lift system resolves die issues efficiently without time-consuming recalibration, saving valuable production time.
INGYU’ s Apex straightside, two-plunger, high-speed press features two-piece casting frames. Its Saga multi-slide motion mechanical press features three slide motion modes( including forming, bending and drawing) in one press to maximise productivity.
The manufacturer has also introduced a new concept: thinning engineering. It involves reducing the thickness of materials used in products without compromising strength and functionality.
Interlaken Technology Company( ITC), a manufacturer of production press equipment for hydroforming, elevated temperature forming and hot stamping systems, has introduced a four-column hydroforming press system for running high-volume production while reducing cycle time. Clamp forces range from 250 to 5000 tons.

Italian manufacturer Invernizzi Presse was established in 1958, offering customised press solutions for high-speed mechanical transfer presses. Press types include Open End Down and Open End Up( deep drawing) as well as its KFT2 series for cold forging. ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. has delivered over 5000 presses and over 70 press lines to 26 countries. Its press portfolio includes mechanical gap and ring frame; straightside( mechanical and hydraulic); servo; transfer; die-spotting; gap frame and hydraulic presses, as well as tandem press lines.
