Accent on lifecycle services

Rockwell Automation, Inc., dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation has named Vladimír Obrazcov as its new Regional Vice President, Lifecycle Services, Europe, Middle East and Africa( EMEA).

New leadership confirmed for Weil Technology GmbH

With the beginning of the new financial year on 1 May 2025, there has been a change in the management team for Weil Technology GmbH. Wolfgang Weil, company founder and former CEO, is handing over the role of CEO to his son, Florian Weil.
At the same time, CFO Alexander Heissler is retiring. The new CFO as of 1 May 2025 is Patrick Rösch. He joined the company in January and will take over all Alexander Heissler’ s responsibilities.
Weil Technology was founded in 1987 by Wolfgang Weil and began as a machine manufacturer for quality control systems for cans. Over the past 38 years, the company has continued to develop and is now a supplier of machines and systems for sheet metal processing. Its core areas include solutions in laser welding and cutting, clamping technology and automation. The company’ s turnover is around 55 million euros.
In addition to its headquarters in Müllheim, the Weil Technology Group also includes Schaal Technology in Salach near Stuttgart, Novatec Engineering in northern Italy and subsidiaries in the USA and China. The company also operates its own training centre.

STÜKEN management team is complete

Graduate engineer, Boris Maiweg, joined STÜKEN as its new managing director from 1 March 2025. He also takes over responsibility for sales and marketing. The company is a leading manufacturer of deep-drawn parts.
The management team now consists of three members: Dr. Krismann, CEO, is responsible for the technical divisions while Mr. Wohlert, as managing partner, oversees the commercial areas of the company’ s leadership.
“ Boris Maiweg, a 54-year-old mechanical engineer, brings extensive international experience to the role. He has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, development and programme management in Germany, Switzerland, North America and Asia. His vast expertise across multiple customer
industries, particularly the automotive sector, is especially valuable to STÜKEN,” the company explained.
“ With his broad expertise and international experience, Mr. Maiweg will make a significant contribution to STÜKEN’ s continued growth and further strengthen the company’ s global market position,” it added.
STÜKEN will build a new electroplating plant at its production site in the Rinteln-South industrial estate. The deep drawing specialist will invest around 28 million euros in the project. The project was launched in February 2024.
