This principle has been adopted by German manufacturer , Suer Stahltechnik , who has combined KOHLER ’ s 85P . 1600 Peak Performer part levelling machine on a single production line with Timesavers ’ 1,600mm-wide 42 RB series deburring and edge-rounding machine . One employee can operate both systems , saving time , space and energy costs .
As a service provider and processor of steel and other metals , Suer Stahltechnik supplies a wide range of sectors mainly in the construction industry . Its services cover , among other things , laser cutting , forming , refining metal surfaces , thread cutting and various welding-related work . Its customers largely come from the same German state : North Rhine-Westphalia . They mainly work in machine construction , steel and hall construction as well as railings / staircase construction and the automotive industry .
