French manufacturer , Jean Perrot , is over 60 years old . It is part of the PINETTE P . E . I . industrial engineering group . In 2022 it purchased GADE , a press brake manufacturer in Ferrara ( Italy ) with 32 staff . At the Global Industrie exhibition in Lyon ( France ) last year , it showcased its largest ever press brake ( a MANEO Premium model of 540 tons and 3m length ). It focused on heavy press brake and ancillary technologies / accessories at the exhibition .
Jean Perrot offers a range of premium / mid-range press brake models ( Maneo / eManeo Premium LCS , APHS and APHS-C ) as well as Maneo XXL and Tandem / Tridem press brakes . It has also designed a hydraulic system to boost the speed of the MANEO press brakes ; the Maneo GV press brake ( from 75 to 250 tons ) has been designed for speed ( approach , bending and return speeds ). Automated robotic bending solutions are also offered . Adding GADE products to its range means that it now offers hydraulic , electric and robotic press brakes to customers . It showcased its first GADE robotic cell at LAMIERA in Milan , Italy , last May .
Its semi-automatic high-speed bending centre , with automatic tool-change system , is specifically designed for high-volume production runs . This 250 ton / three metre MANEO press brake is equipped with three different types of punches and three different types of dies . A part which needs nine bends is ready in less than 75 seconds , the French manufacturer told ISMR . Bending cell accessories include the TOOLBOX modular system for tool storage , loading and unloading ( single or double entry ) and new motorised sheet followers on press brakes .
“ Our MANEO press brakes can be connected in a Tandem ( two connected pressbrakes ) or Tridem ( three connected pressbrakes ) configuration . Our Tridem pressbrake , up to 32 metres x 2000 tons , can bend long and thick sheet metal parts ,” it explained .
LVD highlighted its range of bending and folding products with its new Multifold 2111 fully automatic panel bender , Dyna-Press Pro electric press brake and CADMAN ® software at Global Industrie Paris this year . Its robotics specialists at LVD Robotic Solutions ( LRS )— formerly KUKA Benelux Solutions — offer robotic automation solutions designed to fit customer requirements .
The Belgian sheet metal specialist showcased a new robotic bending cell , a highly flexible bending automation solution for a wide range of parts , along with its electricdrive Dyna-Press Pro press brake and new CADMAN ® -Flow software at the TechniShow exhibition in The Netherlands earlier this year .
The new Easy-Cell 80 / 25 combines an Easy-Form 80-ton press brake with KUKA industrial robot to handle parts from 100 x 100mm up to 1600 x 1200mm , weighing up to 25kg . The press brake features a 2500mm bend length , five-axis back gauge and 2500mm crowning table , accommodating
LVD ’ s Easy-Cell robotic bending cell . a broad scope of bending applications . The Dyna-Press Pro at TechniShow demonstrated LVD ’ s Easy-Form ® Laser , an optional feature of the machine . The adaptive bending system provides repeatable bending accuracy from the first bend .
At Blechexpo in Stuttgart last November , LVD launched a new line of PB automated panel benders . It also showcased its D Cell robotised bending solution at FABTECH in Chicago last year .
